Bloomington Junior High School students in Sue Pulido and Kim Hall's homeroom designed and made rubber band bracelets that sold for between 50 cents and $1 to raise $352 for HSCI! Students worked in teams to create advertising, calculate cost of material, create designs, train each other in the manufacturing and make sales.
The students presented a check to HSCI on Wednesday, May 7 and then received a tour of the Pet Adoption Center with Stacey, one of our Adoption Counselors. We send a HUGE THANK YOU to the students for a job well done and for selecting HSCI to receive the efforts of their hard work!
Great job everyone!
