Izzy

Izzy

It was my habit to stop in and visit the dogs about every couple of weeks it had been about 5 years since I had lost my beloved Misty but no one had caught my attention. Then there she was this medium sized Lab/mix girl sitting there with her front paw up as I approached her kennel. We talked and I came back the same day and she knew I was going to be her human!

Izzy has been the best dog. She loves to go for walks and lay on the sofa!  She only barks if someone knocks on the door. She sits, lays down, shakes and of course the belly rub/scratching never ends!  She knows instinctively when I have to go to work and she just goes in her kennel. All the neighbors love her and are amazed at how she has fit right in with their dogs to play and frolic.

My neighbor comes and walks her and so Izzy has contributed to her getting exercise and losing weight. Double bonus she is getting us all in better shape. She is so friendly with everyone. Sometimes I think her tail must hurt from wagging so much!  She has filled the house with love and dog hair once again. And it is a great feeling!  Izzy is in her FOREVER HOME and thank you so much for saving her for me.
